Four boys make a mysterious discovery on their home planet that leads them to become lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. The holographic circus that entertains Neel’s young brothers is the same one that Chewbacca’s family watches in the infamous Star Wars Holiday Special (1978).. in AniMat’s Crazy Cartoon Cast: Silly Old Deadly Bear (2022).

Outskirts in space?

The show felt unoriginal and played on too many clichés. Can’t we at least think of something solarpunk? I was initially drawn to Star Wars for the magic, mystery, and lore.

Something surprising that defied convention

I don’t need endless shows so that Disney can profit from every corner of the galaxy. Shows are becoming more and more bland and predictable. It may not be all good, but The Penguin was a fantastic show in the Batman universe because it showed us something new.

It’s so boring lately

I would love to see Star Wars give us something bold (also us new cinematography, new writers, etc.). I’ll watch The Goonies if I need a nostalgic movie..
